Exclusion & Prevention
Most pest problems start with a gap: a hole around a pipe, a torn vent screen, a crack along the foundation. Treating the pests without closing the way in is a short-term fix.
PestTeam Control finds where pests are getting in and seals the small entry points, so treatment works better and the problem stays solved.
Our approach
We walk the outside of the building, mark the gaps pests are using and close what we can with the right material for the spot: caulk, mortar, steel mesh, rodent shields and vent screens. Bigger repairs we point out, so you can plan for them. Prevention work is often done alongside rodent or insect treatment.

Where pests get in
Small openings are all they need.
Crawlspaces & attics
Vents, gaps and openings that lead into the house
Foundations & walls
Cracks, gaps and spots where pipes and wires come through
Doors & windows
Gaps around frames and under doors
Pests keep coming back
A sure sign there's still an open way in
Common entry points we seal
- Pipe & wire openings
- Foundation & crawlspace vents
- Foundation cracks
- Siding & trim gaps
- Attic & roof vents
- Garage door corners
Pests keep coming back?
That usually means there's a way in that's still open. An inspection finds where they're getting in and what it takes to close it off.
